Property Manager/Leasing Agent Procuring new accounts, leasing vacant properties. This position requires a Nevada real estate license and a property management permit. This position also requires a high level of multi tasking, driving around the city, dealing with the public all while remaining extremely professional.
Maintenance Men Transportation and tools required. Must have an understanding of carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, landscape, basic electrical. Some skills are fine and could be considered for part time work. The more skills you possess the more work that would be available.
